Evening Talk
With a history dating back over 2,500 years, Tibetan medicine is one of the world’s oldest systems of traditional healing. Bringing together elements of ancient Indian, Chinese and Persian healing systems, Tibetan medicine integrates body, mind and spirit into a holistic approach which has much to offer our modern world. This talk will focus on how to stay healthy during old age − a topic of great relevance to our modern society. As well as general guidance concerning the Tibetan medical approach to good health, the workshop will place special focus on lifestyle, diet, mental wellbeing, etc.
