Transforming your life through Lojong<\/strong><\/p>\n In this public talk, H.E. Zong Rinpoche will focus on how we can positively change our lives by changing our mindset. We will explore how we can be more focused, happier and free from negative emotions in our daily lives. This talk is open to both Buddhist practitioners and non-Buddhists who want to learn more about how to develop good habits.<\/p>\n Lojong (\u201cmind training\u201d) can perhaps best be characterized as a method for transforming our mind by turning away from self-centeredness and cultivating instead the mental habits that generate bodhicitta, the awakened mind that puts the well-being of all above all else. H. E. Zong Rinpoche, born 1985, has been the spiritual director of Tibet House since 2023. He has the degree of a Geshe Lharampa and speaks and teaches in excellent English.<\/p>\n A translation into German will be provided.<\/p>\n Verwandle dein Leben durch Lojong<\/strong><\/p>\n In diesem \u00f6ffentlichen Vortrag wird sich S.E. Dieser Vortrag ist sowohl f\u00fcr buddhistisch Praktizierende als auch f\u00fcr Nicht-Buddhisten offen, die mehr dar\u00fcber erfahren m\u00f6chten, wie man gute Gewohnheiten entwickelt.<\/p>\n Lojong (“Geistesschulung”) l\u00e4sst sich vielleicht am besten als eine Methode zur Transformation unseres Geistes beschreiben, indem wir uns von der Selbstbezogenheit abwenden und stattdessen geistige Gewohnheiten kultivieren, die Bodhicitta hervorbringen, den erwachten Geist, der das Wohl aller \u00fcber alles andere stellt.<\/p>\n S.E.
