Dhardo Tulku Rinpoche will explore The Four Noble Truths in this one-hour online session. As one of the fundamental teachings of Buddhism, the Four Noble Truths explain the nature of suffering, its causes, and the path to liberation.
Dhardo Tulku Rinpoche studied Buddhism at Drepung Monastery University and completed his Geshe Lharampa degree.

As the objects of refuge in Buddhism, the Three Jewels—Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha—serve as a foundation for developing faith and trust in the teachings. A correct understanding of these principles is essential for every Buddhist practitioner.
