DESCRIPTION:SUNDAY 29 MARCH TILL SUNDAY 5 APRIL 2026  \nThe Yamantaka teachings will be given over a period of three years. In the second year\, Rinpoche will continue with the teachings on Yamantaka. Rinpoche will grant us a full Highest Anuttarayoga Tantra initiation in Vajrabhairava\, Solitary Hero Yamantaka.Vajrabhairava is one of the most practiced meditation deities. It belongs to the father tantra and the method aspect\, compassion and bodhicitta\, is particularly emphasized. He is also the wrathful manifestation of Manjushri\, the embodiment of the wisdom of all Buddhas. The practice of Vajrabhairava presents the means to quickly overcome obstacles for our Dharma practice and to achieve enlightenment. The daily practice commitment is the recitation of the Six Session Guru Yoga.  \nThe preparation part of the initiation is on Sunday\, 29 March\, followed by the main part on Monday. From Tuesday onwards\, Rinpoche will continue to give teachings on the practice of Vajrabhairava. The initiation and teachings on Vajrabhairava offer the opportunity to first enter into the practice of the highest Anuttarayoga Tantra. As a prerequisite for participation\, one must have taken refuge and a good understanding of the main points of the Lamrim. Zong Rinpoche (nur vor Ort) \nDie Yamantaka-Unterweisungen erstrecken sich über einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren. Im zweiten Jahr wird Rinpoche die Unterweisungen zu Yamantaka fortsetzen. Er wird uns eine vollständige Höchste Yoga Tantra (Anuttarayoga Tantra) Ermächtigung in Vajrabhairava\, dem Alleinstehenden Helden Yamantaka\, gewähren.  \nVajrabhairava ist eine der am häufigsten praktizierten Meditationsgottheiten. Er gehört zum Vater-Tantra\, bei dem der Methoden-Aspekt – Mitgefühl und Bodhicitta – besonders betont wird. Vajrabhairava ist die zornvolle Manifestation von Manjushri\, der Verkörperung der Weisheit aller Buddhas. Die Praxis von Vajrabhairava bietet Mittel\, Hindernisse auf dem Dharma-Weg schnell zu überwinden und Erleuchtung zu erlangen. Die tägliche Praxisverpflichtung besteht in der Rezitation des Sechs-Sitzungen-Guru-Yoga.  \nDer vorbereitende Teil der Ermächtigung findet am Sonntag\, 29. März statt\, gefolgt vom Hauptteil am\, Montag. Ab Dienstag wird Rinpoche weitere Unterweisungen zur Praxis von Vajrabhairava geben. Die Ermächtigung und Unterweisungen zu Vajrabhairavabieten die Möglichkeit\, erstmals in die Praxis des höchsten Anuttarayoga Tantra einzutreten.  \nVoraussetzung für die Teilnahme ist die Zufluchtnahme sowie ein gutes Verständnis der Hauptpunkte des Lamrim.
