Rinpoche appointed a group of Western students from various areas of Germany to be so-called mentors and entrusted them with imparting the foundations and principles of Buddhism. They are there for open discussions about "Buddhism in the West," including topics that are not so easy to grasp for people in the West. They give seminars, lead meditation retreats, host groups and offer round table discussions with groups, give talks, and publish books and texts. Individuals are welcome to schedule appointments with them at any time.
